SPEEDSLEEP is a ready-to-use, fig-flavored food supplement in gel form which, thanks to the patented SOMNIWELL™ blend of Melatonin, Red Poppy and California Poppy, is able to act on the three phases of sleep and is useful for restoring the natural sleep cycle.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep; California poppy (Eschscholzia) and red poppy extracts help reduce nighttime awakenings; Passionflower, Linden and Griffonia extracts promote sleep quality. Griffonia is also particularly effective in reconciling sleep and stress management, thus helping to regulate the circadian rhythm that regulates our biological clock. Thanks to its innovative gel formula, melatonin is absorbed quickly (within about 15 minutes of taking it).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

It is recommended to take one stick-pack per day, as needed just before going to sleep. The beneficial effect of Melatonin on reducing the time needed to fall asleep is obtained with 1 mg taken just before going to bed.
