Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep; California poppy (Eschscholzia) and red poppy extracts help reduce nighttime awakenings; Passionflower, Linden, and Griffonia extracts promote sleep quality. Griffonia is also particularly effective in reconciling sleep and stress management, thus helping to regulate the circadian rhythm that regulates our biological clock. Thanks to its innovative gel formula, melatonin is absorbed quickly (within approximately 15 minutes of taking it).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

It is recommended to take one stick-pack daily, as needed, just before falling asleep. Melatonin's beneficial effect in reducing the time it takes to fall asleep is achieved with 1 mg taken just before going to bed.
