DEGREASER cleaner is an alkaline degreasing detergent formulated for removing cooking and carbonized residue from ovens, hoods, grills, hobs, roasters, etc. Its concentrated formula makes it effective on the toughest dirt, even when cold. The product is designed for use wherever food is cooked, processed, and packaged. Its special formulation has a penetrating action, softening smoke residue and stubborn grease very quickly and effectively. The product complies with current hygiene and health regulations (HACCP self-monitoring system).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Brilgrill can be diluted in water depending on the use and the amount of dirt to be removed. Ovens: Heat the oven to 90°C and turn it off, spray on the internal parts, close the door and let it act for 10 minutes. Clean with an abrasive cloth and rinse with water using a sponge or cloth. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes before using it again. Grill: Spray on the racks, leave to act for 10 minutes, clean with an abrasive cloth and rinse. Preheat 10 minutes before use. Deep fryer: Turn off the fryer, wipe off the oil and remove any residue. Spray the product and leave to act for 10 minutes. Clean, rinse with water, then dry.
